I use the latest (v1.6.2) version of BetterZIP.
The archive is around 200 MB and it contains 1 large file, the archive itself is split into 5 parts.
The filenames contain [----] and [*alphanumeric char. code*]. No accented characters etc. The parts are numbered like: *prefix*.part1.rar; *prefix*.part2.rar etc.
