Good idea. I will add the shortcut Cmd+Option+S for 1-click save. A new version including this will be out this week.

The contextual menus are still in the making. I wanted to add them a long time ago, but many more important things came up since Leopard, and I had to push this feature back. I plan to release them with a new version after the summer.
