Does the version in the about box read 1.7.1 (235) or 1.7.1 (1.7.1)? If it is the prior, please re-download anyway, because the first 1.7.1 was not able to recognize minor upgrades and wouldn't tell you that there is a new version available. If not, could you send me your BetterZip preferences file by e-mail. It's in the Library/Preferences folder inside your home folder and named com.macitbetter.betterzip.plist.
