can't start 1.7 after upgrading

I'm part way into a trial of BetterZip. I had originally installed 1.62, but did the upgrade when prompted. Now I can't start the program. I get the "Report a Crash" dialog. This is partly expected as per the version history, but it just keeps coming. I don't think that BetterZip had even crashed since this installation of 1.62 was done.

What can I do?

Now, when you haven't set a primary e-mail address in the address book, BetterZip crashes. You can either wait for the update later today or enter an e-mail address (fake is fine) in your address book. Sorry for the inconvenience.
