I have just uploaded a new beta version to my server. You can get it here or let BetterZip's update mechanism install it.

I have fixed these bugs:

• 1-Click-Save crashed, if the original archive has been deleted in the mean time.
• Changing some settings in the preferences window could crash BetterZip, if a window was closed before the change.
• The open command in the file menu didn't work in version 1.7.1.
• Fixed a possible crash when extracting RAR archives with direct extraction.
• Fixed a problem when moving a file out of a folder, then deleting the folder, and saving the archive.
• CBR archives didn't open correctly.

As you can see, there are some crashers that I was able to track down and fix thanks to the new crash reporter. If you experience any problems with this version, please let me know.
