Character-Set Recognition

I'm Korean User.

There is some problem to extract and compress Korean-based name file whose character set is CP949 and euc-kr (CP949 and euc-kr is each compatible). Probably, other country user have this problem. (Of course, UTF-8 is completely supported in this program.)

So, I suggest to support character set recognition in printing compressed file name.

You can find source code of char-set recognition part in SAMI subtitle decoding part of PERIAN (above 1.1.1).

BetterZip uses the Netscape universal character detector, but it doesn't always find the correct encoding. I will enhance that in one of the next versions. Thanks for the hint!

Problem with correct files names in cp1251 (Cyrillic windows). I will be happy if you add possibility of manual selection encoding for file names
