How do I extract "rar.html" files?

I added 6 "rar.html" files to BetterZip, clicked "Extract All", chose a destination folder, and then clicked "extract". Nothing happened. Nothing happens when I choose one of the files and then click "extract" either. Would someone please tell me how I can extract rar files with an html extension? I'm not having any luck finding a program for Mac that will allow me to do this.

Remove the html extension and try extracting again.
