Long filenames cause problems

Hi Robert,

There's a small problem with the BZ QL generator.
When an archive has a really long filename, the header is shifted downwards and overlaps with the archive contents.
I've attached a screenshot to illustrate my point.

If you want to recreate the bug, you can create an archive with this filename: rarfilewithareallyreallyreallylongfilenamebutitsreallylong.***

P.S. I've checked Keep header fixed by changing the config.js file, but that doesn't seem to be working.
