BetterZip don't work on MAC OS 10.6.1

Everytime I tried save archive on 1.8.3 pop up window comes down and goes up again so there is no save function at all. Also same thing happened when I tried path to the rar program pop up window comes and goes away so I can't choose the path

Does BetterZip crash after displaying the save panel or does the panel simply go away? There is a problem with the save and open panels in 10.6.x. It happens only on some systems, my Mac Pro included. It's really annoying, but most likely a system problem. For me this happens in all programs that use save panels, like TextEdit, Preview, ...

What Mac model do you have? Is there any output in the Console.app? Do you have a similar problem with other programs?

BetterZip don't crash the panel simply go away. At the moment I have not found any other program with this kind a problem
